ewmark has been appointed as the exclusive leasing agent for 75 Depot Road, a 450,000-square-foot Class A industrial development in Oxford, Massachusetts. The project will be led by Executive Managing Directors Tyler McGrail, Ed Jarosz, and Rick Schuhwerk, along with Associate Director Michael Malinconico.
