ewmark has bolstered its Valuation & Advisory (V&A) team in the New England region with the appointment of James Renner as Senior Managing Director and Market Leader. Based out of Boston, Renner will oversee operations across Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, and Vermont.

    Renner's arrival brings a wealth of experience to the table, boasting over 30 years of valuation expertise and an impressive institutional background. His most recent role at Wells Fargo Bank saw him lead commercial valuations, managing appraisal procurement and review efforts that supported the bank's commercial loan collateral. He also played a key role in risk management, serving as a consultative partner to lenders and coordinating with internal stakeholders and third-party vendors across the New England territory.
