ewmark Mountain West, a leading commercial real estate service provider, has expanded its presence across five states in the western United States. The company has formed an alliance with Mountain West Commercial Real Estate, the top brokerage firm in Utah, Idaho, Wyoming, Montana, and Nevada.
As part of this partnership, Mountain West will operate as Newmark Mountain West, leveraging Newmark's global brand and network to deliver comprehensive commercial real estate services. With nearly 200 employees across multiple offices, Newmark Mountain West is poised to become the region's dominant commercial real estate firm.
The combined team has completed over 5,000 transactions since 2022, totaling more than $9.3 billion in value. This partnership brings together local expertise with global resources and talent, enabling Newmark Mountain West to deliver strategic solutions for clients across the Intermountain West.

The team has been involved in several high-profile transactions, including a $370 million Amazon industrial portfolio sale and the $91.5 million sale of the Marriott Courtyard hotel in downtown Salt Lake City.
