he Baltimore Peninsula development team has announced a significant lease with Newmark, a global commercial real estate firm. The 4,550 sq. ft. office space is located at the Rye Street Market building, which already boasts notable tenants such as PwC and Chambers. This new lease brings the building to about 50% leased, with a total of 273,000 sq. ft.

    MaryAnne Gilmartin, founder and CEO of MAG Partners, expressed excitement over the leasing momentum at Rye Street Market. She highlighted the building's unique features, including top-notch dining options, leading companies, and unmatched waterfront views. The Baltimore Peninsula was represented by Cushman & Wakefield in securing this lease.

    Rye Street Market is home to a diverse range of tenants, including office spaces for various businesses and retail spots like Jersey Mike's and Slutty Vegan. A third-floor event space run by Clyde's Restaurant Group also offers unique opportunities for events and gatherings.
