Nick Sirianni's $3M NJ Mansion: A Look Inside and the Surrounding Real Estate Drama

Eagles coach's Haddonfield home a testament to perseverance.

P
hiladelphia Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni's journey to his Haddonfield, N.J., home was marked by a high-stakes battle over a separate property. The 43-year-old coaching powerhouse, who has led the Eagles to four consecutive playoff appearances since taking the helm in 2021, ultimately emerged victorious after a Superior Court judge ruled in his favor.

The dispute centered on a $100,000 deposit and other costs associated with a failed purchase of a 7,800-square-foot property in nearby Moorestown, N.J. The Siriannis had initially agreed to buy the six-bedroom estate, complete with a pool and hot tub, but backed out after discovering a right of first refusal clause in the deed.

This provision, which had not been disclosed before they signed the contract, would have given the previous owner's children and a family trust the right to match any future sale offer. The Siriannis deemed this unacceptable and walked away from the deal. However, the property's seller sued them for breach of contract, claiming they wrongly backed out.

The judge's decision in March 2023 not only ordered the return of the Siriannis' deposit but also underscored their determination to stand up against what they perceived as an egregious circumstance. "It was about the principle," said Lance Rogers, the couple's attorney. "They felt victimized and needed to do what was right."
