    Ayobami's journey began at eight years old when he demonstrated creativity and skill in arts and crafts. His neighbor gifted him a digital camera, which sparked his entrepreneurial spirit. He started taking pictures of people on the street for small earnings, laying the foundation for his work ethic and determination.

    By 13, Ayobami was working as a bricklayer, and by 15, he sold poundo yam flour across markets. At 18, he returned to photography and filmmaking after earning certification. He diversified his skills, working as a graphic designer, website designer, business consultant, and selling airtime, data, and GNLD products.

    Ayobami's entry into real estate came as a vision from God after years of trying different paths. Starting his business was tough, but he broke through barriers with determination and persistence. His company, Ace Real Estate Development Limited, has evolved to offer comprehensive services, including housing development, construction, and advisory and management services.

    Today, Ayobami's Ace Real Estate is on the verge of delivering three luxurious housing developments across Lagos, along with a massive project in Orange Island. These developments demonstrate his commitment to providing premium real estate solutions.

    Ayobami's vision transcends selling land and homes; it embraces the future of real estate itself. He aims to build smart cities and green environments using technology and innovation. His company is working towards creating entire ecosystems that promote sustainable living and advanced technological integration.

    In recognition of his achievements, Ayobami received several awards, including Young Real Estate Person of the Year at the REDA 2024 by ThinkMint Nigeria. At just 27 years old, he serves on the board of five major companies in Africa, has created over 2,000 jobs, and continues to drive innovation in Nigeria's real estate sector.
