    Norris joins Luxury Lake Oconee from Harry Norman REALTORS®, where she was vice president of Luxury and Culture. During her tenure, she pioneered initiatives that refined client experiences and solidified the company's reputation in the competitive luxury landscape.

    With a career marked by influential roles across the real estate spectrum, Norris has previously served as vice president of Culture and Operations, associate broker, and Professional Development manager at prominent firms such as Ansley Real Estate and Mark Spain Real Estate. She holds both a REALTOR® and broker's license in Georgia and was recognized as one of RISMedia's 2023 Real Estate Newsmakers.
