att Curtis Real Estate has just finished its 150th home in Central America as part of the Love Thy Neighbor program. Built with Casas por Cristo, the house was given to a family in Guatemala. President Matt Curtis said the milestone highlights the firm’s commitment to giving back beyond real‑estate sales. “Seeing a family receive its first key is the greatest reward,” he noted, stressing that the initiative is about changing lives, not just selling houses. For every 100 homes sold locally, the company funds a new home for a Central American family. The Guatemalan project included community worship, celebration, and a dedication ceremony where Curtis shared meals with residents. Looking ahead, the firm plans to expand its services in north Alabama and beyond through the Love Thy Neighbor Project.
