NTREIS Announces John Holley's Retirement, Launches Successor Search

orth Texas Real Estate Information Systems (NTREIS) CEO John Holley will retire on January 31st after two decades of leading the company. During his tenure, Holley guided NTREIS through a period of significant growth and technological transformation, earning praise for his "visionary leadership" and commitment to innovation.

    Under Holley's leadership, NTREIS expanded from 19,000 subscribers in 2005 to over 53,000 today, serving 15 Realtor Associations across 44 counties in North Texas and parts of Louisiana. The company adapted to rapid technological advancements, enhancing its service offerings and providing subscribers with cutting-edge tools to succeed in the competitive real estate market.

    NTREIS President Linda Callicutt praised Holley's leadership, saying it has shaped the organization into a "robust, trusted resource." A search committee has been established to identify Holley's successor, with the help of PRESTA Team, a professional search firm specializing in the MLS space.
