he priciest home sale this week was a Lighthouse Point estate that changed hands for $10.15 million. Justine Skestos from Columbus, Ohio, sold the property at 60 Lighthouse Point Drive to Hershel Fred Newman of Germantown, Tennessee. The four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bath house boasts 7,170 square feet and a pool.

    On Longboat Key, Vizcaya's Unit 1C2 condominium was purchased by Norman Tasman for $7,176,000. Gordon and Mary Jo White sold the unit, which features four bedrooms, four-and-a-half baths, and 3,895 square feet of living area. Built in 1997, it previously sold for $4.1 million in 2022.

    In Bay Isles, Patrice Greene from Evans, Georgia, sold her home at 3281 Bayou Road to Linda Hartnett for $1,349,000. The four-bedroom, three-bath property has a pool and 3,345 square feet of living area. It previously sold for $935,000 in 2004.

    The Privateer North condominium at 1050 Longboat Club Road was purchased by Kevin and Kristina Rose from Belvidere, Illinois, for $987,500. Frederick Maibach Jr., trustee, sold the unit, which has two bedrooms, two baths, and 1,409 square feet of living area.

    Michael and Jill Zavolta sold their Unit 6-C condominium at Lido Regency to John and Nicole Connelly from E. Amherst, New York, for $800,000. The one-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath property has 1,059 square feet of living area.

    Suzanne Shaps sold her Unit 64-S condominium at the Islander Club of Longboat to Jeffrey and Pamela Konis for $625,000. Built in 1970, it features two bedrooms, two baths, and 1,235 square feet of living area.

    Thomas and Jane Churchill sold their Unit 829 condominium at Bayport Beach and Tennis Club to Jonathan David Seigle and Cindy Seigle from Longboat Key for $545,000. The two-bedroom, two-bath property has 1,601 square feet of living area.

    Lastly, Timothy and Lisa Burton sold their Unit 19 condominium at St. Judes Apartments to Orange Palm LLC for $330,000. The one-bedroom, one-bath property has 630 square feet of living area.
