F
or those with a hefty budget, living like an NBA All-Star is now within reach. Anthony Davis has put his sprawling Los Angeles mansion on the market for $39.9 million after being traded to the Mavericks in February.
The 17,254-square-foot estate boasts eight bedrooms and an impressive array of amenities, including an elevator, game room, home gym, barber shop, lounge, theater, wet bar, wine cellar, tennis court, Olympic-sized pool, outdoor kitchen, and even a batting cage. The property also features a wellness center with a plunge tub and sauna, as well as a next-level children's playhouse with its own heating, ventilation, and air conditioning system.
Located in the gated Bel Air Crest community, the luxurious residence offers panoramic views and is listed by Jordan Cohen of Remax. Davis, 32, was traded to the Mavericks after being included in the shocking Luka Doncic trade, which saw him leave Los Angeles for Texas.
The 10-time All-Star is under contract with the Mavericks for two more seasons and has a $62.8 million player option for the 2027-28 season before becoming a free agent. Despite being limited to just 51 games last season due to injuries, Davis averaged 24.7 points and 11.6 rebounds per game.
The Mavericks are hoping a healthy Davis and No. 1 pick Cooper Flagg can help erase some of the fans' ill feelings toward the Doncic trade and return the franchise to contender status.
