ome Sales Slow Down in Late Fall Trend
November residential sales figures reflect the typical slowdown in late fall, with this year's numbers mirroring those from 2023. Four out of five counties showed minimal change, with Grand Traverse County experiencing a repeat of 99 home sales. Antrim County was the exception, with 23 sales last month compared to 37 in November 2023.
The overall number of homes sold decreased to 189, the lowest since 2010 when 163 were sold. However, the average sale price reached a record high of $527,157, driven by a total sales volume of $99,632,826. Grand Traverse County saw an especially significant increase in average price, jumping from $471,047 to $554,599.
