41st-floor residence in the Upper West Side's 200 Amsterdam has found a buyer after being featured in Netflix's "Zero Day." The full-floor unit, which was last asking $22.5 million, boasts 4,672 square feet of indoor space and an additional 626 square feet of outdoor space with a park-facing terrace.
The building, designed by Elkus Manfredi Architects with interiors by CetraRuddy, has become a popular filming location for Hollywood productions, including "Babygirl" and "Succession." The unit's sale comes after the building's penthouse was listed for $34.9 million, down from its original ask of $38 million.
The residence features floor-to-ceiling windows, white oak floors, and a fireplace, with design elements that include marble floors in the foyer and radiant heated floors in the main bathroom. The four-bedroom, 4½-bathroom home also boasts an expansive main bedroom with a cozy sitting area, walk-in closets, and a wet bar.
Building amenities include concierge service, a saltwater pool, a gym, a yoga and Pilates studio, a golf simulator, a meditation room, steam rooms, and an infrared sauna. The unit's sale price is not yet known, but it marks the latest in a string of high-profile sales at 200 Amsterdam.
The building has been featured in several films and TV shows, including "Babygirl," where Nicole Kidman and Antonio Banderas' fictional characters lived, and "Succession," where Oscar winner Kieran Culkin appeared. The building's residents have also hosted charity events, including a Water.org fundraiser with Matt Damon and Ryan Serhant.
