alifornia and Florida led October’s ultra‑luxury market, with several oceanfront and celebrity homes selling above $30 million. The most expensive sale was a brand‑new Delray Beach estate at 701 S. Ocean Blvd., which fetched $59 million. Close behind was the former Adam Levine and Behati Prinsloo compound in Montecito, CA (700 Picacho Lane) at $57.3 million. Other top deals included a San Diego County ranch (5820 W. Lilac Rd.) for $53 million, a $50 million Miami‑area beachfront property (41 Arvida Pkwy.) and a $50 million Del Mar estate (2920 Camino Del Mar). Four of the top ten sales were in Florida, five in California, and one New York Upper East Side mansion rounded out the list. All ten sales exceeded $30 million.
