ark Odyniec Joins Pearce Real Estate in Connecticut

    Pearce Real Estate is pleased to welcome Mark Odyniec, a seasoned professional with deep roots in the local community. As a member of the Edgehill Team, one of the top-producing teams at Pearce for 15 years, Odyniec brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to his new role.

    Born in New York City, Odyniec has spent most of his life in Connecticut's shoreline communities, including Madison, where he lived for 20 years. Prior to entering real estate, he worked in banking for three decades, serving as a branch manager and mortgage originator with M&T Bank. This background gives him a unique perspective on the home buying process.

    In addition to his professional pursuits, Odyniec is actively involved in the community. He serves on the Board of the Creative Arts Workshop in New Haven and has been a Rotarian in both West Haven and Madison. When not working or volunteering, he enjoys a variety of activities, including downhill skiing, pickleball, and kayaking.
