ingate Living, a luxury senior living community developer, broke ground on One Wingate Way East in Needham, MA. The project's leadership team, including President Alexandra Schuster and Founder/CEO Scott Schuster, marked the occasion alongside 75% of residential units already leased to residents.

    Scheduled for completion in Spring 2026, One Wingate Way East will feature three floors with customized amenities such as a rooftop lounge, golf simulator, art workshop, yoga studios, and library. Units will range from one-bedroom to two-bedroom options with Juliet balconies and French doors, offering dozens of unique floor plans.

    Residents will have access to shared campus amenities like a fitness center, underground parking garage, salon services, gourmet dining, and more. "We're thrilled to start this new chapter for Wingate Living," said Alexandra Schuster. "Our goal is to create an active and vibrant community where older adults can thrive in luxury."

    The Leasing Gallery is open for private consultations and priority deposits are being accepted for unit selection. One Wingate Way East will be an entrance fee model, with one-bedroom units starting at $399,000.
