ondo sales in Palm Beach County saw a slight increase last week, while the dollar volume decreased. From November 17th to 24th, brokers closed 82 condo sales totaling $31.7 million, down from the previous week's 62 sales worth $50.2 million. The average sale price per unit fell to $386,830, compared to $809,035 in the prior week.

    According to Redfin data, the average price per square foot dropped to $288 from $397. The top 10 condo sales ranged from $555,308 to $3 million, with Unit 1901 at Two City Plaza taking the top spot at $3 million or $1,000 per square foot after 84 days on the market.

    The second-highest sale was Unit PH1903 at the Beach Front for $2.5 million or $901 per square foot. Kevin Dickenson of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices handled both sides of the deal. Here's a breakdown of the top 10 sales:

    * Most Expensive: Two City Plaza, unit 1901 in West Palm Beach ($3 million, $1,000 psf)

    * Least Expensive: Seagate Of Highland, unit 232-D in Highland Beach ($555,308, $448 psf)

    Other notable sales include Everglades Plaza for $1.6 million or $1,332 psf and Boca Flores for $745,000 or $389 psf.
