ondo sales in Palm Beach County rebounded in the third week of January, despite a decline in deals. Brokers closed 81 condo sales totaling $65.7 million from Jan. 12 to Jan. 19, up from the previous week's $61.3 million. The average sale price rose to $811,490, significantly higher than the $619,637 average from the prior week. According to Redfin data, the average price per square foot increased to $397 from $348.
The top 10 sales ranged from $1.8 million to $7.8 million. Unit 508S at Twenty One Hundred took the top spot with a $7.8 million closing, selling for $2,517 per square foot after 79 days on market. The second-highest sale was unit S302 at Twenty Seven Seventy, which closed for $7.6 million or $1,819 per square foot after 49 days.
