P
aris Hilton and her husband, Carter Reum, have found a new home in Beverly Hills for $63.1 million, just five months after losing their Malibu beach house to the Palisades Fires.
The couple purchased the 30,500-square-foot mansion from actor Mark Wahlberg, who sold it in 2023 for $55 million. The property boasts six acres of private land, with 12 bedrooms across the main house and guesthouse. Located within the exclusive Beverly Park community, the estate has been home to celebrities like Tim McGraw and Faith Hill.
The luxurious property features an outdoor pool with a grotto, waterfalls, and waterslides, as well as a sports court, skate park, and five-hole golf course. The main house includes a wine cellar, home theater, and staff quarters. Hilton's new home sold in under four months after listing for $68 million.
Hilton and Reum were among the thousands of families who lost their homes in the January wildfires that ravaged California. Their Malibu home was destroyed by the Palisades Fire, which burned across 24 days. The heiress shared her grief online, describing watching their home burn on live TV as a traumatic experience.
The property's seller was represented by Ginger Glass and Alexandra Glass of Compass, while Hilton's brother, Barron Hilton, and his wife, Tessa Hilton, represented the buyers.
