hristie's International Real Estate Park City has made a significant impact in its first year as a brokerage firm. The office, founded by Sam Cubis, Ace Allak, and Ben Fisher, saw a 150% increase in agent count and brokered over $650 million in closed sales volume. This achievement earned the company the title of Christie's International Real Estate luxury network's 2024 Affiliate of the Year, Americas.
The trio partnered with agents Molly Crosswhite, Rachel Retzer, and Matt Magnotta to launch the brokerage in September 2023. Key highlights from their first year include:
* Achieving over $650 million in closed sales volume
* Growing the brokerage from five founding agents to over 60 agents
* Placing 10 luxury agents into the Christie's International Real Estate Masters Circle
