he nation's top 10 hottest homebuying ZIP codes in 2025 have been revealed by Realtor.com, and two New Jersey areas are among the most sought-after. Marleton's 08053 and Wayne's 07470 were ranked second and fifth-hottest respectively, with high buyer demand and fast-selling homes from January to June this year.
Marleton's ZIP code, a suburb in Burlington County, boasts a median listing price of $495,000 and stays on the market for about 17 days. A significant portion of its property viewers come from outside the Philadelphia metropolitan area. In contrast, Wayne's 07470 ZIP code has a higher median listing price of $664,000, with homes staying on the market for around 22 days.
According to Realtor.com, these locations offer a unique blend of lifestyle appeal and cost savings compared to city-center prices in high-cost metros like Boston and New York. The report also highlighted Trenton's 08619 ZIP code as one of the top 50 hottest homebuying areas in the nation, with a median listing price of $406,000.
The Northeast region dominates this year's list, accounting for seven out of the top 10 hottest homebuying ZIP codes. Massachusetts and New Jersey contributed two ZIPs each to the list, while Connecticut and Ohio also made appearances.
