ron Valley Real Estate, a Hershey-based independent real estate brokerage, is expanding to Georgia, marking its presence in seven U.S. states. This move follows the company's growth in Florida and brings an agent-first model and 100% commission plan to the Peach State.
The new Saint Mary's office is led by a local ownership group that aims to empower agents to be business owners and turn the traditional brokerage model on its head. "We want to give agents the freedom to run their business as they see fit, with our support," said the Iron Valley Real Estate Coastal Georgia ownership group in a statement.
Iron Valley's expansion highlights the company's commitment to reimagining real estate for agents who want more than corporate red tape and outdated structures. According to CEO Rob Cleapor, "We've seen what happens when agents are trusted to lead their own business. That's exactly what we're bringing to Georgia."
With over 50 offices and more than 2,250 agents nationwide, Iron Valley Real Estate has established itself as a leader in the industry. The company's presence in seven states demonstrates its commitment to growth and innovation.
