9. A single-family home at 65 Arlington Drive sold for $725,000, with a price per square foot of $634. The 1,144-square-foot house was built in 1956.
8. A single-family residence at 48 Riverbend Lane sold for $834,000, or $658 per square foot. The 1,268-square-foot house was built in an unknown year.
7. A single-family house at 1915 Buckingham Lane sold for $887,000, with a price per square foot of $585. The 1,515-square-foot house was built in 2000.
6. A single-family residence at 246 Windsor Drive sold for $1.077 million, or $483 per square foot. The 2,229-square-foot house was built in 2000.
