    A snapshot of recent sales on St. Pete Beach, Treasure Island, and Madeira Beach reveals a mix of old and new homes finding new owners.

    St. Pete Beach boasts a trio of notable sales:

    * A 1971-built 2/2 home at 3606 Belle Vista Dr. E. sold for $800,000 after listing for $849,000.

    * The 3/2 home at 2962 E. Vina Del Mar Blvd., built in 1971, changed hands for $580,000, down from its original price of $675,000.

    * A 1951-built 3/2 home on Oleander Way sold for $525,000 after listing for $545,000.

    Meanwhile, Treasure Island saw a few notable sales:

    * The 1976-built 3/2.5 condo at 1 Key Capri #601W changed hands for $700,000, down from its original price of $729,900.

    * A 1963-built 2/2 condo on Paradise Blvd. sold for $427,500 after listing for $434,999.

    Madeira Beach also saw some action:

    * The 1940-built 3/2 home at 101 143rd Ave. E. sold for $380,000, despite listing for $349,000.

    * A 1973-built 1/1.5 condo on Cove Circle changed hands for $170,000 after listing for $187,000.
