ere's a look at recent real estate sales on South Pinellas beaches. On St. Pete Beach, the following properties sold between August 5-7:

    * A 1/1 unit at 5500 Gulf Blvd., #2240, built in 1990 and featuring 535 square feet, sold for $355,000 after listing for $369,000.

    * A 3/2 home at 479 80th Way, built in 1964 with 1,505 square feet, sold for $350,000 after listing for $365,000.

    * A 1/1 unit at 5500 Gulf Blvd., #2228, built in 1990 and featuring 300 square feet, sold for $283,000 after listing for $295,000.

    On Treasure Island, the following properties sold between August 5-7:

    * A 2/2 condo at 7564 Bayshore Dr., #302, built in 1985 with 1,140 square feet, sold for $980,000 after listing for $1.05 million.

    * A 5/2 home at 540 115th Ave, built in 1957 and featuring 2,234 square feet, sold for $850,000 after listing for $895,000.
