    Good Investment Partners bought a 27‑acre truck stop at 5101 Quebec St., Commerce City, for $28 M from Twenty‑Seven Acre LLC. The 19,000‑sq‑ft building houses three restaurants, two retail shops, a lounge, and a 9,000‑sq‑ft repair bay.

    All About The Wow Inc. leased 6,700 sq‑ft at 1980 W. Iliff Ave., Englewood, moving from a 2,573‑sq‑ft Denver warehouse (tenant rep: Aviva Sonenreich).
