ipeline Workspaces, a Miami-based company, has renewed its lease for a 14,000-square-foot office space at Alhambra West in Coral Gables. The tenant was represented by Shay Pope of Stream Realty Partners, while the landlord was represented by Steven Hurwitz and Doug Okun of JLL. The seven-story building, which spans 100,000 square feet, is owned by Rreef Property Trust, a subsidiary of DWS Group. Pipeline Workspaces, led by CEO Philippe Houdard, opened its Alhambra West office in 2015.

    La Boulangerie Boul’Mich, a South Florida homegrown restaurant with a French bakery concept and a Latin twist, has leased a 4,000-square-foot space at 8405 Mills Drive in Kendall. The restaurant is expected to open later this month and will be the seventh outlet in South Florida for La Boulangerie, which opened its first location in Key Biscayne in 2014. The franchise partner for this outpost is Eber Gongora Rivero. The restaurant has other locations at 328 Crandon Boulevard in Key Biscayne, 20475 Biscayne Boulevard in Aventura, 1242 Coral Way in Miami, 8283 Southwest 124th Street in Pinecrest, 6000 Glades Road in Boca Raton, and 9690 Northwest 41 Street in Doral. La Boulangerie also plans to open an outpost at 506 East Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach soon. The Palms at Town & Country shopping center in Miami-Dade County, owned by Jericho, New York-based Kimco Realty, will be home to this new restaurant outlet.
