Miami firm Kresher Capital transferred the property to Orange County’s Circle Vision, with Progressive Real Estate Partners brokering the deal. Current tenants are Charles Schwab, RadNet, Mercer Financial and SBEMP Law. Greg Bedell and Heather Sharp represented the seller, who handled the transaction personally.
