arry Mandel—founder and chairman of Milwaukee’s Mandel Group—has guided more than 40 years. $85 million East Pointe Commons on Side converted a freeway corridor into a residential community. The firm also delivered University Club Tower and $175 million North End on Pfister & Vogel tannery site. Mandel serves on national and Milwaukee boards of “I Have a Dream” Foundation, which partners with Milwaukee Academy of Science to provide services and scholarships to students; he launched local cohort. He supports Marquette University’s ACRE program to boost minority representation in commercial real estate. Honors include BizTimes Media’s 275 Most Influential Business Leaders, Daniel Burnham Visionary Award, and Marquette’s 2024 Service Award.
