    Cal-Mek Enterprises Inc.'s sale to Aaback LLC at 746 Cottage St. in Athol fetched $395,000, while MKTG Consulting Services LLC's transfer of ownership to Jorge Gutierrez at 1545 Main St. was valued at $108,000.

    In Deerfield, Hamilton Land Group LLC sold its Conway Road property to Arciesse LLC for $28,500. Nicole R. Warren's sale to Tracey M. Hebert at 23 Lee Road reached $520,000, and Alexis Rodriguez' transfer of ownership to Ginger Lasalle at 94 Sugarloaf St. was valued at $387,000.
