According to data from the county assessor's office, this milestone was reached in 2024. The median price of homes rose from $975,000 in 2023 to $1,050,000 last year. Meanwhile, the average sale price jumped to $2,079,048.

    The county's assessed values also saw significant growth. For 2025, the median assessed value for a home is estimated at $875,619, up from $855,378 in 2024 and a substantial increase from $418,353 in 2019.
