Radio giant relocates to new North Texas headquarters, expands local footprint

Major Dallas-Fort Worth office leases total over half a million square feet with notable tenants like Allstate and Audacy.

lobal law firm Paul Hastings LLP has secured a long-term lease for 37,000 square feet at the Knox Street development in Dallas. The office tower, developed by BDT & MSD Partners, Trammell Crow Company, and others, is now fully leased and will be completed in late 2026.

    Audacy, the nation's second-largest radio station owner, has signed a lease for 24,000 square feet at Lakeside Square in northern Dallas. The company owns several D-FW radio stations and was represented by Cushman & Wakefield.

    Halff, an infrastructure consulting firm, will occupy 80,000 square feet of vacant office space at Galatyn Commons in Richardson. The firm will invest $10.8 million in tenant improvements and costs related to furniture, fixtures, and equipment.

    Pepperidge Farm has signed a 45,406-square-foot industrial lease at 1405 E Lookout Drive in Richardson. Gray Reed, a law firm, has also signed an office lease with Woodbine Commercial for nearly 45,406 square feet at Uptown's 1845 Woodall Rodgers.

    The City of Lewisville renewed its 26,824-square-foot lease at 1955 Lakeway Drive, while Kratos Building Products Inc. renewed a 26,400-square-foot lease at 12901 Nicholson Road in Farmers Branch. TJ Inspection, Inc. also renewed its 22,332-square-foot lease at 655 N. Glenville Drive in Richardson.

    Wintrust Commercial Finance extended its lease at Frisco's Hall Park, while E&T Plastics of Texas, LLC renewed its 16,840-square-foot lease at 1174 Security Drive in Dallas. Billingsley announced several new leases at its Cypress Waters development, including a lease for Salad & Go and Greystar.

    The Dallas office market saw strong numbers in the third quarter of 2024, with high demand for new construction and 78.2% of existing space being pre-leased. The Lakeside Campus in Richardson has changed ownership, while Harwood International's new Dallas high-rise will feature spa-like amenities and a rooftop park.
