The developer plans towers near Six Forks Road and Lassiter Mill Road in midtown Raleigh. Residents raised concerns that the taller structures could worsen traffic congestion and strain infrastructure, while others welcomed the opportunity for neighborhood growth. The commission has forwarded the request to Raleigh City Council for final approval.
