apper Drake has put his 20-acre Beverly Crest estate on the rental market, seeking $250,000 per month. The 24,200-square-foot mansion features a Tuscan-style design and boasts an impressive array of amenities, including a double-height foyer, wine cellar, gym, elevator, and outdoor kitchen. Built in 2001 for Guess co-founder Armand Marciano, the estate has been owned by Drake since he purchased it in spring 2022 for $75 million.

    The property includes a guest house, mosaic-tiled swimming pool, and an 11-car garage with room for additional vehicles. Despite initially listing the property for sale at $88 million, Drake is now opting to rent out his primary residence while spending more time in Toronto, where he owns a 50,000-square-foot mansion.

    As an active real estate trader, Drake has made several notable transactions in recent years, including selling two homes in Hidden Hills to Los Angeles Rams quarterback Matthew Stafford for $11 million and purchasing a 313-acre ranch resort in Texas for $15 million.
