Rare Miami Home by Pritzker-Winning Architect Lists for $7.79M

Live among Miami's elite at One Thousand Museum, with A-list neighbors.

T
he One Thousand Museum tower in Miami is a rare opportunity to own a piece of Zaha Hadid's architectural legacy. The late Pritzker Prize-winning architect designed the 62-story, 707-foot-tall structure, which was completed in 2019 by her firm three years after her death. This building is particularly notable as it's one of only a few residential properties she designed in the United States.

The tower boasts Hadid's signature curvy lines and offers breathtaking views of Biscayne Bay, the Atlantic Ocean, and the Miami skyline. The $7.79 million apartment for sale is a half-floor residence with stunning vistas from its expansive windows. Inside, it features a chef's kitchen with refrigerated wine storage, a spacious main bedroom suite with walk-in closet and private terrace.

The building has already attracted high-profile owners, including billionaire hedge funder Ken Griffin, who listed his 9,200-square-foot penthouse for $21 million, and Grammy-winning singer Marc Anthony, who rented an apartment in the building for $43,000 a month. The apartment market is also home to Loren Ridinger, co-founder of Market America, who listed her penthouse for $24 million.

The sellers of the $7.79 million unit, Miguel and Cristina Rodriguez, purchased it for $6.18 million in 2021. Listing brokers Douglas Elliman's Miguel Solis and Fernando Rodriguez are handling the sale.
