Real Brokerage Surpasses $1 Billion in Annual Sales Amid Rapid Agent Growth

Revenue soared 84% in 2024, with the company adding 10,000 agents after a nine-year wait.

eal Brokerage's revenue surged 84% year-over-year, reaching $1.26 billion in 2024, with the company announcing its first billion-dollar revenue year during a March 6 earnings call. The brokerage also added 10,000 agents in 2024, bringing its total to 24,140 by the end of the year. This milestone was significant, as it took nine years for Real Brokerage to reach its first 10,000 agents.

    Real president Sharran Srivatsaa noted that the company's agent count growth was a major achievement, while CEO Tamir Poleg highlighted several key initiatives, including the recently launched Real Wallet effort. The program provides business checking accounts and cash advances for agents, with 2,500 participating agents and 150 in Canada taking out lines of credit.

    The private label offering, which allows independent brokerages to use the Real platform while maintaining their own branding, was also highlighted as a "game changer." Real Brokerage has attracted 40 independent brokerages through this initiative, including Southern California's Harvest Realty with 550 agents.

    Key financial metrics included revenue of $350.6 million in Q4 2024, an increase of 93% year-over-year, and net income/loss of $6.7 million for the quarter and $26.5 million for the full year. Adjusted EBITDA was $9.1 million at the end of Q4 2024, compared to $8.5 million in the same period a year ago.
