40-year-old New York real estate agent, Sara Burack, was fatally struck by a hit-and-run driver in the Hamptons on Thursday afternoon. According to local reports, Burack was found unconscious on a Hampton Bays road and pronounced dead at the scene.

    The Southampton Town Police and New York State Police Accident Reconstruction Unit are investigating the incident, but so far, no witnesses have come forward with information about the driver or their vehicle. Burack was known for her work in luxury real estate, having previously worked for Nest Seekers International before leaving the agency over a year ago.

    Burack gained prominence after appearing on Netflix's "Million Dollar Beach House" reality series in 2020. She had also been involved in fundraising and community activities in New York City. A family friend and fellow agent described her as a hardworking and loved individual who was dedicated to helping others.

    As the investigation continues, police are urging anyone with information about the incident to come forward. No arrests have been made so far, and authorities are still seeking witnesses to provide a description of the driver or their vehicle.
