40-year-old Long Island real estate agent, Sara Burack, was fatally injured in a hit-and-run accident on Montauk Highway in the Hamptons early Thursday. According to police, she was struck by a driver who fled the scene around 2:45am near Villa Paul Restaurant. Despite being taken to Stony Brook University Hospital, Burack succumbed to her injuries.
Burack, a prominent realtor, worked for Nestseekers International and appeared in Netflix's reality series Million Dollar Beach House in 2020. The show followed young agents competing for luxury listings in the Hamptons, with Netflix describing it as "a cutthroat world of high-stakes deals and dramatic twists."
