eal Estate rocked Woodstock’s Bearsville Theater on Oct. 1, 2025. The 20‑year‑old indie band celebrated its Atlas anniversary tour—now 11 years and 7 months—while welcoming new guitarist James Richardson after Julian Lynch’s exit. The East Coast debut of the 12‑stop run opened with Trace Mountains before Real Estate delivered a set that blended fresh tracks with classics like “Water Underground,” “Municipality,” and a full run of their third album, closing with “Navigator.” The encore featured “Pink Sky,” “Suffern,” and “Darling.” Photographs by Bahram Foroughi capture the night.
