ampaign finance reports filed by El Paso City Council candidates reveal a surge in last-minute donations, with significant contributions from the Texas Association of Realtors Political Action Committee (TREPAC). TREPAC contributed $30,000 equally across six races between Sept. 27 and Oct. 26.
Alejandra "Ale" Chávez in District 1 led in fundraising with nearly $17,105 since September, bolstered by support from local business figures. Josh Acevedo in District 2 secured significant contributions from local PACs and business leaders. Deanna Maldonado-Rocha in District 3 raised $24,075 during the last month, backed by TREPAC and prominent local business figures.
In District 4, incumbent Joe Molinar brought in $5,200 during this period, while challenger Cynthia Boyar Trejo secured contributions of $2,500 from J. Kirk Robison and Woody Hunt, among others. In District 7, former city representative Lily Limón heads the financial race with approximately $45,000 raised, supported by family, local business leaders, and in-kind donations.

District 1:
- Alejandra "Ale" Chávez: $17,105 in fundraising since September, with notable donors including the Texas Realtors Political Action Committee ($5,000) and Raymond Palacios ($2,500).
- Sam Armijo: Raised $560 since entering the race, mostly self-financed his campaign by spending $3,100 of his personal funds.
- Monica Reyes: Brought in $3,475 in donations between Sept. 27 and Oct. 26, with major recent donors including local businessman Stanley Jobe ($1,000) and Richard Zamora ($1,000).
District 2:
- Josh Acevedo: Raised $27,750 in the last reporting period, spending about $28,600.
- Isabel Ceballos Otten: Reported raising $3,350 in the last campaign period, with donations including $2,500 from home builder Eduardo Fernandez.
District 3:
- Deanna Maldonado-Rocha: Received $24,075 in the last reporting period, spending under $17,000.
- Fabiola H. Arellano: Raised $5,045 since July and spent $6,085.
- Kenneth Bell: Raised $8,469 since April and spent $10,615.
District 4:
- Joe Molinar: Received $5,200 during the past month, with major donations including $5,000 from the Texas REALTORS Political Action Committee.
- Cynthia Boyar Trejo: Took in an additional $11,772, spending $10,516.
- Dorothy "Sissy" Byrd: Did not add any political contributions and has $254 in her campaign account.
