avid Craig and Mike Rader, two influential visionaries who have shaped North Texas for over four decades, will be inducted into the 2025 North Texas Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame. They will join Linda McMahon, CEO of the Dallas Economic Development Corp., who will receive the Industry Service Award.

Craig, founder and CEO of Craig International, has been a driving force behind several high-profile developments, including the national award-winning master-planned community, Craig Ranch. His company controls or develops over 15,000 acres in Collin and Grayson counties. Craig's current projects include District 121, a $250 million mixed-use development adjacent to Craig Ranch.

Rader, president of Prime Rail Interest LLC and Prime 45 Development LLC, has been instrumental in transforming southern Dallas County into one of the fastest-growing industrial areas in the nation. He assembled investors and acquired over 8,000 acres at the Dallas County Inland Port, bringing billions of dollars in private investment to the area.

McMahon will receive the Industry Service Award for her impactful contributions beyond traditional commercial real estate boundaries. As CEO of the Dallas EDC, she has driven economic growth by promoting Dallas as a globally competitive business destination. Under her leadership, TREC created initiatives such as the Dallas Catalyst Project and the Dallas Collaboration for Equitable Development.

The Hall of Fame event will take place on April 30, 2025, at the Arts District Mansion in downtown Dallas. The ceremony will honor Craig, Rader, and McMahon for their remarkable contributions to North Texas' commercial real estate industry.

Chris Teesdale, co-founder of the Hall of Fame, stated that this year's honorees illustrate the incredible talent carrying forth the tradition of shaping North Texas into one of the most-admired business hubs in the country. The event will begin with a reception at 5 p.m., followed by dinner and a program at 7 p.m.

The North Texas Commercial Real Estate Hall of Fame was launched in 1987 to recognize distinguished real estate professionals who have made significant contributions to the industry. Past inductees include notable figures such as Trammell Crow, Roger Staubach, and Jerry Jones.
