Real Estate Firms Expand: New Affiliates and Agent Hires Across the US.

oldwell Banker McMahan in Indiana has welcomed The Paul Kiger Group, a team with nearly 20 years of experience and over $24 million in sales volume last year. Led by Paul Kiger, the group specializes in southern Indiana and Louisville, Kentucky areas where Kiger built his reputation for delivering results through strategy, heart, and consistency.

    Coldwell Banker Affiliates President Jason Waugh praised the team's caliber, saying they "exemplify the professionals we are committed to supporting daily." The Paul Kiger Group joins Coldwell Banker McMahan's New Albany office after previously partnering with Coldwell Banker Realty along the West Coast.

    eXp has added over 100 agents in Arizona and Nebraska. In Arizona, Scott Kumler's Kumler Group joined eXp with over $80 million in sales volume last year. The team of 53 members was previously associated with My Home Group. Kumler cited eXp's ability to scale support, coaching, and training as a key factor in his decision.

    In Nebraska, Elite Real Estate Systems (ERS) Co-founders Jeff Cohn and Renee Mueller moved their 53-agent team to eXp after five years with Keller Williams. The Omaha-based team closed $170 million in sales volume last year and recently merged with Good Life Capital to build a new fintech platform.

    Century 21 Real Estate announced three new affiliations: Century 21 Prime in northern Nevada, Century 21 Realty 1 Professionals in Atlanta and central Georgia, and Century 21 Community First in central Colorado. Each team brings a strong reputation for customer service and local expertise.

    Douglas Elliman has added agent Rick Chen to its roster, highlighting his experience with major brands and success in closing over 100 transactions across various clients. Chen combines analytical rigor with creative marketing and offers high-touch service and results in every price range.

    The Agency has expanded its reach into Houston and the Rio Grande Valley through the addition of M2 Property Group, led by seasoned professionals Maelia Davis and Myra Carida Garcia.
