    Silicon Valley team The Shee Group has left Compass and affiliated with Keller Williams Thrive. Led by Renna Shee, the team has closed over $203 million in sales since 2023 and plans to expand with KW's resources. Shee cited the company's training programs as key factors in the move.

    LPT Realty has appointed Jeff Whiteside as its new chief financial officer. With over 35 years of experience, including a stint as CFO at eXp World Holdings, Whiteside will help the cloud-based brokerage grow and prepare for an initial public offering. He is the second eXp executive to join LPT this year.

    Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Heritage Group has expanded its presence in Middle Tennessee through a merger with Tullahoma-based Baker & Cole Properties. The new office will operate as Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Baker & Cole, with Susan Baker assuming the role of managing broker.

    Realty Executives Associates (REA) has surpassed 1,000 agents, reaching 1,032 total agents in the third quarter of 2024. The company has witnessed a growth rate of 20 new agents per month and has opened two new offices, bringing its total to 18 locations supported by 50 full-time staff.

    The Agency has launched a new affiliated title agency called EastWest Abstract in New York, partnering with Langdon Title to provide a seamless experience from contract to closing. The joint initiative aims to deliver faster closings, better coordination between title and real estate professionals, and greater flexibility for clients.
