Silicon Valley team The Shee Group has left Compass and affiliated with Keller Williams Thrive. Led by Renna Shee, the team has closed over $203 million in sales since 2023 and plans to expand with KW's resources. Shee cited the company's training programs as key factors in the move.
LPT Realty has appointed Jeff Whiteside as its new chief financial officer. With over 35 years of experience, including a stint as CFO at eXp World Holdings, Whiteside will help the cloud-based brokerage grow and prepare for an initial public offering. He is the second eXp executive to join LPT this year.
