S
onja Morgan, star of "The Real Housewives of New York City," is trading in her Manhattan lifestyle for one in West Palm Beach, Florida, with the purchase of a $600,000 waterfront condo.
At 60, Morgan is embracing a more relaxed pace and has downsized significantly from her sprawling Upper East Side townhouse. Her new 1,170-square-foot unit boasts two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a balcony with stunning views of the water.
The West Palm Beach condo was originally listed for $910,000 in 2023 but underwent several price slashes before Morgan made an offer. The "move-in ready" residence comes fully furnished with features like coffered ceilings and a tempered glass shower.
Building amenities include a full-time doorman, club room, expansive pool, and gym, making it a more laid-back setting than the hustle of Manhattan. Just steps from local dining and shopping, Morgan's new home is a far cry from her former 5,500-square-foot NYC townhouse with five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and an elevator.
This shift to Florida came early this year, just two months before Morgan sold her iconic Manhattan townhouse at auction for $4.59 million.
