Real expands its roster by absorbing over 250 agents from the Landmark Group, a Washington, D.C.‑area brokerage founded 17 years ago by Bernadette Cole. The family‑run firm, now led by Cole, her husband Alex, and daughter Gina, will become part of Real’s Military Division thanks to the leadership’s 30 years of service experience. Cole cited Real’s agent‑first philosophy, revenue‑share model, and shared commitment to community impact as key reasons for the move. Chairman Tamir Poleg praised the Landmark Group’s culture and track record as a strong addition to Real’s growing presence in the DMV region.

Coldwell Banker Realty has become Hudson County’s top brokerage after acquiring Prime Real Estate Group in Hoboken. Principal Broker Jesse Halliburton and Managing Broker Marco Tartaglia will continue to steer the 60‑agent firm under the Coldwell Banker name, keeping the Hoboken office and adding a fifth local location. Halliburton, who founded Prime in 2001, highlighted Coldwell Banker’s global brand, marketing tools, and collaborative culture as the next step for the company’s growth.

Century 21 Ryon Real Estate welcomed the Vince Boyle Team to its Pennsylvania portfolio. Formerly with RE/MAX, Boyle has generated over $100 million in sales in seven years and was ranked No. 3 in closed transactions for RE/MAX Pennsylvania in 2021 and 2022. The team will serve Tamaqua, the Anthracite Coal Region, and the Greater Lehigh Valley, with Boyle emphasizing the opportunity to expand while maintaining high service standards in his hometown.

Keller Williams Worldwide is launching its first market center in Hungary, marking the 19th master franchise in Europe. Regional Operating Principal Ákos Megyeri, a former military officer turned agent, will lead the new office. Megyeri cited KW’s values, tools, and timing as decisive factors, noting that the right combination can transform the industry.

Corcoran’s East Side office has added the Sherry Tobak Group. Tobak, a luxury agent and former VP of sales at Related Companies, moved after her team achieved over $2 billion in sales for New York’s Hudson Yards. She joined Mary Ann Osborn, another ex‑Related VP. Tobak said her prior collaborations with Corcoran and aligned visions made the transition natural.

Brown Harris Stevens’ flagship Manhattan office now hosts Lisa Tarnopol Deslauriers and Linda Reiner, a duo who have worked together for more than 30 years. Their business, largely referral‑based, recently operated under BHHS New York Properties. They chose BHS for its reputation for discretion, excellence, and the blend of boutique intimacy with major brokerage resources, meeting client expectations and needs.
