ealPage, a Richardson-based provider of AI-enabled software platforms to the real estate industry, has acquired Rexera, a San Francisco-based pioneer in agentic AI. The acquisition combines RealPage's HomeWiseDocs HOA platform with Rexera's AI workforce to create a nationwide platform for delivering real estate transactions and operations services at scale.
The new platform will address time-consuming pain points such as HOA document retrieval, lien searches, mortgage payoffs, and compliance workflows. By automating these processes, RealPage aims to make them faster, more accurate, and effortless for title agents, lenders, escrow officers, and ultimately buyers and sellers.
RealPage CEO Dana Jones said the acquisition will accelerate the transformation of real estate operations by combining scale with AI capabilities. The company's goal is to deliver innovative solutions that create meaningful value for customers, allowing them to focus on serving their own clients.
Rexera co-founder Vishrut Malhotra noted that both companies share a commitment to solving real estate industry challenges through intelligent technology solutions. By joining forces, they can accelerate the delivery of transformative AI solutions that streamline operations and reduce friction.
RealPage's acquisition of Rexera builds on its existing AI capabilities, including Lumina AI Workforce, which offers an agentic AI platform for multifamily management. The company has a global presence, serving over 24 million rental units from offices in North America, Europe, and Asia.
