he largest commercial real estate deals in Metro Phoenix for April 2025 were led by the sale of a shopping complex in Mesa. According to data from Vizzda and AZRE magazine, here are the top 10 deals:

    1. Superstition Gateway East & West: $121 million

     A 489,434-square-foot retail power center sold on Signal Butte Road and Baseline Road in Mesa.

     Buyer: Alvarez & Marsal Capital Real Estate

     Seller: Desert Troon Companies

    2. Soltra Kierland Apartments: $107.5 million

     A 202-unit apartment complex was sold on Tierra Buena Lane in Scottsdale.

     Buyers: Mohsin Ilyas and Ahmed Azizi

     Seller: Leon Capital Group

    3. Sight Logistics Park: $103 million

     A 357,103-square-foot industrial flex space was sold on Harl Avenue in Tempe.

     Buyer: CBRE Investment Management

    4. Bella Encanta: $95.75 million

     A 212-unit build-to-rent community was sold on Hampton Avenue in Mesa.

     A 280-unit apartment complex was sold on Camelback Road in Phoenix.

     A 224-unit apartment complex was sold on Peoria Avenue in Peoria.

     A 166-unit build-to-rent community was sold on 40th Street in Phoenix.

     An 18-acre property was sold on Legacy Boulevard in Scottsdale.
