Conrad, formerly VP and GM at Royal LePage Commercial, brings over 20 years of commercial real‑estate experience, including stints at Cushman & Wakefield and Second Cup Coffee Co. Based in Toronto, he will steer the company’s commercial operations, fostering innovation and national expansion. REMAX’s global network now includes more than 15,000 commercial brokers in 580+ offices across 110+ countries. Conrad’s expertise in strategic growth will reinforce REMAX’s leadership position in Canada’s dynamic market.
