As a seasoned real estate executive, Lim's proven track record of leadership and innovation will help RE/MAX attract top talent while elevating the affiliate experience and ultimately enhancing the homebuyer and seller experience. His extensive career includes serving as former President of Christie's International Real Estate, where he accelerated agent growth and expanded the network globally.
Lim will oversee teams dedicated to supporting franchise growth in U.S. company-owned regions, ensuring franchisees receive customized support that aligns with their needs, and driving the Company's objectives of increasing agent count and expanding market presence. His role is a key part of RE/MAX's ongoing commitment to evolve, adapt, and solidify its position as a leader in the real estate industry.
