E/MAX, the leading real estate brand, has been voted as the most trusted name in real estate by consumers for the fifth time in the US and seventh time in Canada. This recognition comes from an independent survey conducted by BrandSpark Most Trusted Awards in conjunction with Newsweek magazine.
The survey, which tracks public trust across various product and service categories, found that RE/MAX agents have more real estate sales experience than other agents and prioritize their clients' needs above all else. "Trust is the foundation of real estate," said RE/MAX Holdings CEO Erik Carlson. "We're proud that consumers continue to recognize our agents as the most trusted in the business."
RE/MAX has long been a leader in the industry, evolving to meet the changing needs of consumers and agents. The brand's modern approach includes a new advertising campaign emphasizing the importance of trust in real estate. At its annual R4 event, RE/MAX unveiled a transformative vision celebrating its trusted agents while announcing initiatives to modernize the brand and deliver more value to agents and consumers.
"Trust is something our affiliates are getting louder about," said Abby Lee, Executive Vice President of Marketing, Communications and Events at RE/MAX Holdings. "Our 2025 ad campaign highlights how aligning with a professional who delivers on trust makes all the difference."
